先日、2025年度レアゾングループ新卒内定者懇親会を開催しました。 未来の仲間となる内定者の方50名以上と、社員20名が参加し、大いに盛り上がりました！
Recently, we held the 2025 Reazon Group New Employee Welcome Event. More than 50 prospective employees, who will be our future colleagues, and 20 employees participated and had a great time!

司会を務めるのは、内定者と同じく新卒入社した阿久井さん（2022年入社）と長谷川さん（2023年入社）。 お二人ともソーシャルゲーム事業部（株式会社ルーデル）にゲームプランナーとして入社し、現在は人事本部で採用を担当しています。
The MCs were Akui-san (entered in 2022) and Hasegawa-san (entered in 2023), who, like the prospective employees, joined the company as new graduates. Both of them joined the Social Game Division (Rudel Inc.) as game planners and are now in charge of recruiting at the Human Resources Department.

開会の挨拶は、レアゾン・ホールディングス上級執行役員 CHRO の佐藤 裕一さんです。
The opening address was given by Yuichi Sato, Senior Executive Officer and CHRO of Reazon Holdings.

乾杯を終え、まずは自己紹介からスタートです。 内定者の方3〜5名につき、社員1名のチームに分かれます。
After the toast, we started with self-introductions. Prospective employees were divided into teams of 3 to 5, with one employee per team.

最近ハマっていることや、レアゾン・ホールディングスのVisionである「世界一の企業へ」に関連して「自分が世界一になれそうなこと」の話など、すぐに打ち解けていました。
They quickly hit it off, talking about their recent obsessions and "what they could be the best in the world at" in connection with Reazon Holdings' Vision of "Becoming the No. 1 company in the world."

自己紹介でお互いのことを知ったあとは、さらに結束を深めるためにクイズ大会です。優勝賞品は、フードテック事業として開発・運営を行っている『menu』で使えるクーポン。そして、社内でも人気のレアゾンパーカー！
After getting to know each other through self-introductions, we had a quiz tournament to further strengthen our bonds. The prize for the winning team was a coupon that can be used at "menu," a food tech business that we develop and operate. And, the ever-popular Reazon hoodie!

豪華景品に、会場からは歓声が上がりました！
The venue erupted in cheers at the luxurious prizes!

クイズの内容は、「創業当時のオフィスビルの名前は？」といったレアゾンに関する知識問題や、謎解きクイズなど盛りだくさん。 謎解きクイズでは、チーム内で「こうやって考えるんじゃない？」「これはどう？」と話し合いながら、頭をひねりながら、なんとか答えを導きだしていました。
The quiz included a variety of Reazon-related knowledge questions, such as "What was the name of the office building at the time of its founding?" and riddle quizzes. In the riddle quiz, the teams discussed among themselves, saying things like, "Isn't this how we should think about it?" and "How about this?" as they racked their brains to come up with the answers.

普段から役職や年齢に関係なくフランクにコミュニケーションをする文化なので、内定者の方々もすぐに馴染めたようです。 新卒入社した方に「役職関係なくフラットにコミュニケーションが取れるところに驚いた！」と言われることがありますが、まさにレアゾンらしさが垣間見える瞬間でした。
Since we have a culture of communicating frankly with each other regardless of position or age, the prospective employees seemed to fit in right away. New graduates have told me, "I was surprised at how we can communicate with each other in a flat way, regardless of position!" This was truly a moment that showed Reazon's unique character.

そして、クイズ大会の結果は…なんと全問正解チームが16チーム中5チーム！そこで、ジャンケンで優勝チームを決めることに。あいこが3回続くような熾烈なジャンケンを勝ち抜いたのは、プロモーション事業部（株式会社アドレア）チーム！
And the results of the quiz tournament... five out of 16 teams got all the answers right! So, we decided to determine the winning team by rock-paper-scissors.Promotion Division(Adrea Inc.) team won the fierce rock-paper-scissors tournament, which included three ties in a row!

クイズ大会で盛り上がったあとはチーム関係なくフリータイムです。
After the quiz tournament, there was free time for everyone, regardless of team.

あっという間に終わりの時間となり、閉会の挨拶はレアゾン・ホールディングス取締役CTO の丹羽 隆之さんです。
The closing time came in the blink of an eye, and the closing address was given by Takayuki Niwa, Director and CTO of Reazon Holdings.

未来の仲間たちに向けて、熱いメッセージを送る丹羽さん。
Niwa-san gave a passionate message to our future colleagues.

閉会後も、社員も含め会場のクローズ時間までほとんどの方が残り、時間が足りないほどでした。
Even after the closing ceremony, most of the employees and others stayed until the venue closed, and there was not enough time.

2025年度新卒内定者の方にお会いするのは、4月1日の入社式・新卒研修となります。次にお会いするときは同じ社員の一員です。社員一同楽しみにしています！
We will see the 2025 new graduate prospective employees again at the entrance ceremony and new graduate training on April 1. The next time we meet, you will be full-fledged members of our company. All of us are looking forward to it!
