I started my career as a Software Engineer in 2001. From 2001 to 2004, I worked as a Marketing Executive at Cosco Shipping. From 2010 to 2018, I worked as a Software Engineer and Trainer at ER Group. In July 2023, I became the Managing Director of Reazon Malaysia. Currently, I am involved in all aspects of our business, including project assignments for each member, human resources, back-office, banking operations, and creating standard operating procedures.
We have many ongoing projects, such as menu, BLUELOCK, Pet Tech, and SNS. We consider each employee's skill set and motivation to ensure that projects progress optimally.
The most unforgettable event in my work experience was the recent opening ceremony party. The time spent discussing the future of Reazon Malaysia with the management of Reazon HD was invaluable to me.
I am seriously considering joining Reazon HD in its pursuit of becoming the "world's best company."

In 2002, I went to a Japanese language school in Japan to learn Japanese. I chose to study in Japan on a scholarship and obtained a diploma in Chemical and Materials Engineering from Ibaraki National College of Technology in 2006.I then graduated from Toyohashi University of Technology in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science. I joined Yuken Industry Co., Ltd. as a Research and Development Engineer and worked there until 2009.I then returned to Malaysia and joined Brother Industries Technology Sdn Bhd in 2011 as a Translator and Production Admin. From 2013 to 2015, I worked as a freelance Japanese-English translator and interpreter at Chambers Translation Sdn Bhd. In 2015, I worked as an Administration and Marketing Assistant Manager at Daiwa House Malaysia Sdn Bhd, and in 2019, I worked as a translator, interpreter cum PMO manager.
Since July 2023, I have been working as a translator, interpreter, and coordinator at Reazon Malaysia. I am currently involved in the menu, SNS, PetTech, and BLUELOCK projects, and my role is to be the translator and interpreter who supports communication between the local team and the Japanese team.
As a translator and interpreter, my goal is to facilitate communication, minimize communication errors, and accurately convey both parties' requirements and issues.I am currently the only person at Reazon Malaysia who understands Japanese.
Since Japanese and English are not my native languages, there are challenges that I must overcome, but that is what makes this work challenging and rewarding. In the future, I aim to focus on consistency and accuracy, improve my translation and interpretation skills, and express myself more naturally in the target language.
Ultimately, I want to further enhance my communication skills, master business-level Japanese honorifics, and be able to handle any meeting smoothly.

I graduated from Seberang Perai Polytechnic in 2015 and learned programming. In 2018, I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from University of Technology Malaysia (UTM).
I worked as an IT Engineer for five years after joining the company in 2019. Since July 2023, I have been working at Reazon Malaysia.
Currently, I work as a front-end web developer on the menu team. My role as a front-end web developer is to develop, troubleshoot, and maintain the menu web's user experience.
In addition, communication with teams with diverse cultural backgrounds is required, and there are areas where skills are particularly honed to ensure smooth communication and mutual understanding.
My problem-solving skills are also honed to tackle various levels of complexity in ongoing projects and within the wider range of Reazon Malaysia. Furthermore, I have adapted to various situations, overcome pressure, and felt growth through my own adaptability.
In the future, I aim to hone my leadership skills and become a better leader. I also have a goal of becoming an expert in both front-end and back-end development, which I believe will be useful in understanding the workflow of future projects I will be involved in. If given the opportunity to take on new projects, I would be happy to take on the challenge and actively contribute.
The most unforgettable event in my work was being appointed as a team leader for the first time, leading, planning, and managing projects while also conducting research on new technologies. It was a memorable experience that I will never forget, as I felt the responsibility of supporting team members while learning a lot from this experience, which has also helped in my current growth.

 I graduated from University of Technology Malaysia (UTM) in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. I worked as an IT Engineer for five years from 2019.
Since July 2023, I have been working at Reazon Malaysia, currently working as a front-end web developer on the menu team. My role as a front-end web developer is to develop, troubleshoot, and maintain the menu web's user experience.
I have gained experience working on large projects in my current job and am currently involved in the menu project as a front-end developer. Although front-end development is not my strongest area, with the help and guidance of team members, I have been able to improve my skills. I feel a strong sense of accomplishment in being able to have such experiences.
In the future, I hope to build a career as a skilled full-stack developer who is familiar with various project development layers, including front-end, back-end, and deployment. I also hope to improve my language skills, such as Japanese, so that I can work effectively overseas.

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Northern University of Malaysia (UUM) in 2013. From 2014 to 2020, I worked as a Senior System Engineer (Java Swing and Web Development) at Infopro Sdn Bhd. Since 2020, I have been working as a Senior IT Engineer (DevOps).
Since July 2023, I have been working as a QA at Reazon Malaysia, currently participating in the menu project, focusing on platform development. In the Malaysian QA team, we focus on testing web applications under development, as compared to mobile applications, which are not yet fully prepared.
I am experiencing a new role as a QA at Reazon Malaysia, which has allowed me to improve my skills and expand my abilities. I feel a sense of accomplishment in being able to use my development skills in a new role.
In the future, I would like to obtain a Business Systems Analyst certificate if given the opportunity. As I have gained experience in most IT fields, I believe this skill will benefit my career. Additionally, since it has been a while since I worked in development, I feel that my technical skills have become dull, and my knowledge of the latest trends is not up-to-date. Therefore, I am considering re-polishing my coding and query creation skills.

I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering from MARA University of Technology (UiTM), based on a pure interest in AI and Big Data.
After graduation, I participated as an intern at the Big Data Center of University of Technology Malaysia (UTM). It was a great opportunity to broaden my understanding of tools for building data analysis solutions, gaining valuable practical experience, and making insights and decisions utilizing data.
I joined Reazon Malaysia as a Development Engineer in July 2023 and am currently engaged in the SNS project as a backend developer.
I am primarily involved in developing the chatbot API of the application, able to share and collaborate on various ideas with talented colleagues from different countries in product development.
This allows exploring AI innovation and its utilization policies, providing a sense of fulfillment by positively impacting users.
I am continuously improving my software development skills and expertise in the field of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence for future career advancement. I am also striving daily to become an excellent AI engineer or data scientist.

I graduated from University of Technology Malaysia (UTM) with a Master's degree in Software Engineering. I joined Benefits Int Sdn Bhd as a developer (backend, web development) from 2018 to 2019 and continued as an IT Engineer (backend, app development) from 2019 to 2023. I am currently employed as a Development Engineer at Reazon Malaysia.
I am currently participating in PetTech project, working on the development of two pet devices. My role in this project is as an Android frontend developer, primarily responsible for implementing the visual elements that users view and interact with within the app.
The gratification of my work as a software developer comes from experiencing various technologies and handling more aspects of projects, which is very beneficial in becoming a full-stack developer. Additionally, I find fulfillment in engaging with technology and development, as the current world seems to revolve around technology, particularly in the IT field.
For future career prospects, continuous improvement of technical skills as a developer is essential. Moreover, I aspire to enhance my communication and leadership skills and would like to lead a team if given the opportunity. I aim to start from serving as a technical leader.
I believe acting responsibly will indeed lead to valuable learning experiences. Furthermore, as Reazon is growing worldwide and offers the opportunity to work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, I anticipate that the experiences at Reazon will open up opportunities for my career development.

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Tun Hussein Onn University of Malaysia (UTHM). I worked as a Creative Content Executive from 2020 to 2023 and am currently employed as a Development Engineer at Reazon Malaysia.
I am currently involved in the Blue Lock project, focusing on designing the Japanese and English versions.
I feel a sense of fulfillment as I delve deeply into the concept of game design and acquire new skills in the field of game development. Thanks to the project I'm currently involved in, I can constantly learn and grow.
I feel that I can grow both professionally and personally by regularly exposing myself to new challenges.
Overcoming communication barriers with teams of diverse cultural backgrounds is also a challenge that I feel I need to address. Therefore, I would like to further study English and Japanese.
Regarding my future career, I particularly want to focus on game development software to enhance my skills in design and development. Additionally, I aim to cultivate communication skills.
