Establishment of Reazon Vietnam's New Office

Reazon Capital has officially opened its Vietnam office at the Riverfront Financial Center in Ho Chi Minh City. This new base is intended to strengthen the company's long-term commitment to Southeast Asia and build a foundation for deeper collaboration with local entrepreneurs and partners.

To commemorate the office opening, a launch event was held on June 9, 2025, attended by founders from portfolio companies, business partners, and company stakeholders. The event featured lively discussions on Vietnam's rapidly growing startup ecosystem and opportunities for stronger collaboration.

The office has secured a spacious area for future growth. It can also be used as an event space, as was the case for this event, and is expected to serve as a hub for future collaboration with startups.

Creating the Future at the Forefront of Vietnam: Our Team Members

The key to the new office's success lies with the talented team members working there. Currently, Reazon Vietnam has three staff members who use their expertise to handle daily operations. We interviewed them to learn what motivated them to take on this challenge.

Duc Trinh

I graduated from Foreign Trade University with a degree in International Finance. I started in public markets at a boutique securities firm, then moved into direct investments analyzing \$500K tech deals. Later I joined PwC’s corporate finance team, supporting transactions up to \$50M. In doing so, I have built a well-rounded foundation across venture and large-scale investments.

I joined Reazon Vietnam to be part of an innovation-driven ecosystem. Reazon’s approach of offering value beyond capital and building strong founder relationships closely aligns with my own values. It’s a place where I can grow while contributing meaningfully.

As an Investment Analyst, I support the full investment lifecycle from sourcing and evaluating startups to preparing investment memos and assisting portfolio companies. My focus spans market research, due diligence, and founder engagement to ensure strong investment decisions.

Reazon fosters a high-performance yet supportive culture, where precision and continuous improvement are key. I’ve gained sharper analytical thinking, a deeper investment mindset, and strong mentorship from experienced directors who truly invest in my growth.

I aim to grow into a well-rounded investor who is actively sourcing great deals while offering hands-on support to our portfolio. I’m excited to deepen my strategic and operational skill sets to better understand founders and contribute more broadly to Reazon’s mission.

I’m focusing on growing with Reazon, firstly by becoming a trusted contributor, then by stepping into a leadership role. Long term, I hope to leverage this experience to become an entrepreneur, ideally building something within or alongside the Reazon ecosystem.

Huong Nguyen

I graduated from the University of Finance – Marketing with a major in Accounting. My background includes strong knowledge in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance. I’ve also gained practical experience through working with accounting software and supporting both internal and external audits.

I joined Reazon Vietnam to develop my accounting skills and business knowledge in a professional, international setting. I was impressed by the company’s business focus and supportive team culture, which made it the right place for me to grow and take on new challenges.

Currently, I handle both accounting and administrative back-office tasks. My work includes managing invoices, tracking expenses, preparing reports, supporting audits, and handling general admin duties to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Reazon Vietnam has a positive and collaborative atmosphere. People are open, helpful, and always willing to share knowledge. Through my work here, I’ve gained solid experience in both accounting and administrative processes — such as handling payments, preparing financial reports, managing documents, and supporting daily office operations. I’ve also improved my skills in admin workflows, time management, and communication across countries.

In the future, I’d like to take on more responsibilities in accounting, such as financial analysis, budgeting, and internal controls.

I plan to strengthen my accounting skills and take on more responsibility in financial planning and reporting. My goal is to grow into a more senior role where I can support better decision-making and improve daily operations.

Khang Pham

I graduated from Indiana University in the U.S. in 2024, with degrees in Finance, Business Analytics, and Digital Technology Management. My background includes an initial stint at VinaCapital Ventures before joining Reazon Capital on the investment team.

I joined Reazon Capital because of the group's ambitious vision, as well as the opportunity to be at the forefront of building something significant and lasting. It’s about learning from the best at the very beginning of this incredible journey.

My current role involves actively sourcing and conducting due diligence on startups across Southeast Asia. This means I connect with numerous C-suite leaders and talented individuals in the VC ecosystem, constantly learning from diverse industries and opportunities.

Reazon Capital offers a dynamic atmosphere focused on growth. I'm gaining extensive experience in deal sourcing, due diligence, and networking, while constantly expanding my knowledge across various business models and emerging fields.

My immediate goal is to deepen my expertise in VC investment at Reazon Capital. In the future, I aim to transition to more operational roles, potentially assisting with portfolio company management or contributing to business creation initiatives within the company.

My plan is to grow with Reazon Capital, mastering all aspects of venture capital. Long-term, I aim to either become a founder myself or continue my career in VC, shaping my future through investment.

Challenge and Future Outlook for Global Expansion

Reazon HD is accelerating its global business expansion by using its new base in Vietnam as a springboard. The company plans to leverage the country's remarkable economic growth and market vitality for its own growth, while also setting its sights on expansion into India and other Southeast Asian markets.

The rapidly growing IT and telecommunications sector is one of the key investment areas for the future. Through the activities of Reazon Vietnam, the company aims to contribute to the societies and economies of not only Vietnam but also the wider region. Reazon HD will continue to take on challenges as a leader in driving the growth of emerging markets.
