東京大学法学部、法科大学院卒。司法試験合格後、弁護士として企業法務系法律事務所に入所。コーポレート案件やM&A、訴訟、インシデント対応などを扱い、大規模訴訟案件も担当。2021年8月、大学時代の同級生でもある村川取締役（株式会社レアゾン・ホールディングス）に声をかけられたことがきっかけで現職へ入社。現在は法務部長として、グループ全体の法務関連業務や、コンプライアンス、知的財産に関する業務全般へ従事。

After graduating from the University of Tokyo's Faculty of Law and Law School and passing the bar examination, this individual joined a corporate law firm as a lawyer. There, they gained broad experience in areas including corporate matters, M&A, litigation (handling large-scale cases), and incident response. In August 2021, upon invitation from a current director who was a university classmate, they joined their current company (presumed to be the Reazon Holdings group). Currently serving as the Head of Legal Affairs, they oversee all legal, compliance, and intellectual property related operations for the entire group.
